Rules:
- Rooms are available from 2:00 pm and must be left free before10:00 am on the date of departure.
- Rooms must be free and available by 11:00 am (Monday thru Saturday) and by 9:30 am on Sunday so it can be cleaned.
- Bed linen and towels are changed every 3 days.
- Payment is possible only in cash at the check-in.
- It's prohibited to smoke into the room.
- Cancellation policy: 30% on total amount with the minimum of the first night (this cancellation policy can be change regarding the period booked). For no-show full amount.
- You
must communicate, at least a day in advance, your arrival time at
the B&B in order to receive the keys. Otherwise nobody will be
there to let you in.
